Griefwork is Essential, Not Optional
A Memoir of Overcoming Grief, Depression, & Rejection
$15.00
In this book, Dr. Cunningham opens a conversation about overcoming grief, depression, and rejection through a memoir of her life transitions. Illuminated by her journey and those of her many clients, this book explores how the gross misconception of grief-work impacts our mental and emotional capacity to thrive in life. She heralds that unresolved grief doesn’t mysteriously disappear. It lays dormant in our inner being, waiting to erupt, oftentimes causing collateral damage.
